This new luxury apartment building in Arlington, Virginia features Etimoe veneer throughout the space. Etimoe is a West African hardwood known for its striking black to reddish veining or striping as well as its strength and hardness.
A curved two-story lobby incorporates wall panels of radiused, quartered figured Etimoe veneer with a built-in security and concierge desk.
Radiused Cherry baseboard and door surrounds wrap around and tie in to the lower elevator lobby.
The building’s sleek and contemporary clubroom is covered with radiused, quartered figured Etimoe wall panels, as well as built-in bookcases and display cases.
A business center, kitchenette, breakfast bar and beverage station round out the multi-functional space.
In the leasing center office, the wall panels are equipped with built-in television and light graphic panels. The office also features stone countertops and built-in cabinetry.
