This high-end condominium building is centrally located in Maryland’s state capital, Annapolis. The dramatic building features two 
main floor lobbies, a roof top clubhouse and eight floors of corridor/elevator lobbies, all hosting an abundance of revealed wall panels, circular desks, built-in casework, Cherry door surrounds, wood bathroom stalls, leather accent walls and linear trim. All the woodwork radiates the quality and professionalism that have 
become synonymous with ILEX.
