this mixed-use development also includes a restaurant, residential condominium lobby and office tower lobby boasting sleek, contemporary curved walls.
With no initial veneer selection in place for the project, ILEX produced a variety of species samples in order to help meet the owner’s vision. A diligent search was undertaken to find the perfect Cerejeria veneer with the right characteristics and flitch.
An out of level floor in the banquet seating area required the fabric panels and benches to be laid out again, redesigned 
and re-engineered…all without negatively impacting the already compressed schedule. ILEX also received a late request to incorporate a 3form® cascade glass feature into one of the paneled walls. Our team engineered this complex feature and led the design, coordination and installation with the owner, general contractor and architect.
