Woodworking Project Manager

(Baltimore)

Primary responsibilities include: Providing oversight and management on residential and/or commercial high-end architectural millwork projects; Managing costs and deadlines; Reviewing bid/shop drawings; Serving as primary contact with general contractor, architect and owner; Tracking and managing submittals, ASA’s and other documentation required for project to remain on schedule and on budget; Completing and participating in monthly budget analysis reviews. 5-7 years previous project management experience required. Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and MS Project a must.


Engineer

(Baltimore)

Primary responsibilities include: Preparing engineered shop drawings for commercial and residential woodworking clients; Preparing production engineering documents and programs for the CNC machinery; Researching material/hardware specifications as necessary to insure AWI/ADA compliance; Updating drawings for production and installation based on revisions and field conditions; Managing engineering project files and documentation; Conferring with project management, production and installation departments. 3-5 years previous engineering experience required; Strong knowledge in design with AutoCAD 2000 or higher. Architectural millwork experience preferred.


Estimator

(Baltimore)

Primary responsibilities include: Compiling estimates from architectural drawings for submittal to General Contractors and Home Builders; Composing proposal document with qualifications and exclusions; Participating in scope review meetings with sales team on and/or off-site; Providing input to sales team and/or client during final price negotiations; 3-5 years previous estimating and/or project management experience required; Ability to work on multiple projects at once; Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Architectural millwork experience preferred.


Cabinetmaker

(Baltimore)

Primary responsibilities include: Manufacturing, assembling and installing cabinets, countertops, fixtures, and furniture for residential and commercial architectural millwork; Reviewing jobs with Production Supervisor for scope and planning efficiency; Generating and augmenting cutting bills, panel optimizing and assisting with revisions to drawings; Coordinating and planning job schedule with supervisor for maximum efficiency, profit and completion on time; 5 years of cabinetmaking or millwork experience or Certification of Apprenticeship training required; Must provide own woodworking tools.
